Bernie Grants Arts Centre - 2018

With writer Benjamin Till in the directors chair, Simon choreographed this astounding new musical set in the days leading up to the Battle of the Somme. It focusses on "The Leeds Pals" - a band of brothers sent to fight side-by-side in France and the family they left back in Yorkshire.

Using the stunning set created by Susannah Henry-Wood, Simon was able to let his imagination run wild, creating spaces and locations from stark materials.
